Thermomix Meals: 7 January update

Wow can't believe how the time is flying by! Where did Christmas go? Soon it'll be time for the kids to go back to school and I don't feel rested yet!

Favourites from the last couple of weeks.

Well despite hoping to be adventurous over the holidays we are still very busy so it's all old favourites.

Enchilada's (forum recipe, will be linked on here) still dd2's favourite meal.

Usual stock and soup - made a cream of brocolli and mushroom one this week, yum!

Had chicken in yoghurt two nights ago which dd2 had been asking for for ages, was a nice as I remembered it. (forum recipe, though think it comes from the indian cookbook but I always use the printed copy I have).

What is Thermomix Meals

Hi,

I started Thermomix meals as a daily diary of my use of my Thermomix and an easy resource to link or publish recipes.

When I was researching (for a long time!) the Thermomix the one thing I was unable to find was resources that showed how often and how it was used in a normal home. Lots of great blogs with yummy recipes I was dying to try but I was still worried I'd get one and then only use it for the honeymoon period.

So Thermomix Meals was born.

Mostly this is a daily diary of my Thermomix uses, but all recipes are linked or published at some point. Where possible I do try to link or give an indication of where to find them (recipe book, thermomix forum, my blog, other blog) but esp with the often repeated recipes this isn't always possible within time restraints.

Try searching for the title with recipe as well should bring up recipes I have created (though I'm afraid some are fairly vague as that's how I cook).

If there is anything you particularly want to know about just leave a message and let me know. I'm sure I can find the original source (recipes I like I tend to print out, hence not being able to easily find the original to link to).

I hope you enjoy reading my blog and for those looking into purchasing a Thermomix you find it a useful resource.
