Wednesday 19th October - porridge and rice and veg
Just the usual porridge for breakfast and then rice and veg for dinner (added to stirfried mushrooms and spicy sausage.)
Sunday 16th October - birthday cake and icing, vegie sausage rolls
Made my vegie sausage roll filling (recipe on here) as it was dd2's birthday party at gym today.
And here is the birthday cake - the two cakes from yesterday.

Made butter icing in the tmx and here is the finished red and white cake.

Tuesday 11th October - porridge, wonton mixture, stir fry veg
Breakfast - porridge,
dinner - made dumplings (wonton mix but in gow gee wrappers), made the mixture in the tmx, (recipe on here numerous times, though I'm never exact with ingredients) then boiled them on the stove top whilst cooking stir fry veg in the tmx.
Sunday 27th February - pancakes, stock, soup, banana bread, fruit balls, marinade, mayo, carrot salad, fried rice
Breakfast - pancakes
Afternoon made banana bread (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2962.0)
Lunch - made chicken stock and then a soup using the stock, soup mix (cooked for 30 mins), mixed vegies (cooked for 15mins) and some pepper.
Dried fruit balls for this weeks lunch boxes:
Marinade for tonight's dinner (stir fried chicken) - ginger, garlic, chili, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil.
Then made a batch of mayonnaise.
Also made a quick carrot salad for lunch tomorrow (hate to waste the mayo left in the bowl so leave a bit in and then chop a carrot and/or other veg).
Dinner - we had stir fried chicken, cashews and brocolli (using the marinade above) made on the stove top whilst the Thermomix made fried rice (garlic rice, with veg steamed in the varoma for 10 mins and eggs added to the varoma in the last 5 mins).
Wednesday 19th January - smoothie, bread, choc chip cookies, fried rice.
Breakfast: smoothie

Made a loaf of bread (white with black chia))
Made dede's choc chip cookies http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=5405.0 to take to a friend's in the afternoon.
And dinner was Jo's easy fried rice (without the coconut milk)
http://quirkycooking.blogspot.com/2009/08/thermomix-fried-rice.html

Used some chicken breast chopped up (tossed in a little soya sauce - didn't have time to marinade it), mushroom, cashews, corn/pea/carrot mix, and eggs.
Mixed with soy sauce and sweet chili sauce.
Yum!
