Thermomix Meals: Saturday 30th July - butter, tortilla's, stock, beef stroganoff

Made a couple of lots of spreadable butter (one for dh to take to work and one for home).

Made two batches of tortilla's. One plain, the other with garlic and rosemary for lunch.

Made chicken stock.

And then for dinner made beef stroganoff.

What is Thermomix Meals

Hi,

I started Thermomix meals as a daily diary of my use of my Thermomix and an easy resource to link or publish recipes.

When I was researching (for a long time!) the Thermomix the one thing I was unable to find was resources that showed how often and how it was used in a normal home. Lots of great blogs with yummy recipes I was dying to try but I was still worried I'd get one and then only use it for the honeymoon period.

So Thermomix Meals was born.

Mostly this is a daily diary of my Thermomix uses, but all recipes are linked or published at some point. Where possible I do try to link or give an indication of where to find them (recipe book, thermomix forum, my blog, other blog) but esp with the often repeated recipes this isn't always possible within time restraints.

Try searching for the title with recipe as well should bring up recipes I have created (though I'm afraid some are fairly vague as that's how I cook).

If there is anything you particularly want to know about just leave a message and let me know. I'm sure I can find the original source (recipes I like I tend to print out, hence not being able to easily find the original to link to).
