Thermomix Meals: 19 July - porridge, gravy

Been fairly quiet in tmx land here, yesterday was leftovers and stuff.

Made porridge in the tmx. We alternate a bit between the tmx and the microwave as dd3 prefers microwave, dd2 tmx. But think I've about got the tmx porridge so that dd3 likes it.

Dinner - had roast pork, roast potatoes, carrots and mushrooms. Made gravy in the tmx.

What is Thermomix Meals

Hi,

I started Thermomix meals as a daily diary of my use of my Thermomix and an easy resource to link or publish recipes.

When I was researching (for a long time!) the Thermomix the one thing I was unable to find was resources that showed how often and how it was used in a normal home. Lots of great blogs with yummy recipes I was dying to try but I was still worried I'd get one and then only use it for the honeymoon period.

So Thermomix Meals was born.

Mostly this is a daily diary of my Thermomix uses, but all recipes are linked or published at some point. Where possible I do try to link or give an indication of where to find them (recipe book, thermomix forum, my blog, other blog) but esp with the often repeated recipes this isn't always possible within time restraints.

Try searching for the title with recipe as well should bring up recipes I have created (though I'm afraid some are fairly vague as that's how I cook).

If there is anything you particularly want to know about just leave a message and let me know. I'm sure I can find the original source (recipes I like I tend to print out, hence not being able to easily find the original to link to).
